Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure and Consent

End the TTI (“End the TTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may provide certain records, notices, forms, disclosures, acknowledgments, and other communications electronically. This page explains how electronic records and electronic signatures work when you interact with us as a donor, volunteer, applicant, survivor-support participant, or website user.
By checking a box, clicking “I Agree,” typing your name, signing electronically, submitting a form, or otherwise using an electronic process we provide after being presented with this disclosure, you consent to use of electronic records and electronic signatures as described below.
1. Your Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures
You agree that End the TTI may provide records and communications to you electronically instead of on paper, and that your electronic signature, typed name, click, checkbox, or similar electronic action may have the same effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Who This Applies To
This disclosure applies to people who interact with End the TTI through our website or related online systems, including:
donors;
volunteers and volunteer applicants;
survivor-support participants and individuals requesting information, referrals, advocacy, or other support;
event registrants;
newsletter or campaign participants, where applicable; and
other individuals who submit forms, acknowledgments, or requests through our website.
3. Scope of Your Consent
Your consent applies to the current transaction, form, or interaction you are completing online and, where applicable, to related records and communications during your relationship with End the TTI.
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
For donors: donation receipts, acknowledgments, recurring gift authorizations, updates relating to your donation, and other related records.
For volunteers: volunteer applications, onboarding documents, acknowledgments, policies, waivers, schedules, training materials, and related communications.
For survivor-support participants: intake forms, scheduling communications, acknowledgments, referrals, resource information, support-related communications, and other records connected to the services or support you request from us.
4. Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of an electronic record at any time.

We will provide paper copies at no charge unless you request a special service such as overnighting it, etc.. If a fee applies, we will tell you before processing your request.
5. Withdraw Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time.

Your withdrawal will apply going forward once we have had a reasonable opportunity to process it. It will not affect the validity of records or signatures already provided electronically before the withdrawal became effective.
If you withdraw consent, we may need to communicate with you by paper or another method, and some online processes may no longer be available.

7. Communication Preferences for Survivor Support
If you are contacting End the TTI for survivor support, you may tell us whether certain methods of communication are safe or unsafe for you.
For example, you may let us know:
whether it is safe to email you;
whether it is safe to text you;
whether it is safe to leave a voicemail;
whether there are times or methods we should avoid; and
whether you prefer phone, paper, or another available communication method.
We will make reasonable efforts to follow the communication preferences you give us, consistent with safety, staffing, operations, and applicable law.
8. Privacy and Electronic Communication Risks
Electronic communications may not always be private or secure. If someone else has access to your phone, device, email account, voicemail, or browser history, they may be able to see communications from us.
If electronic communication may not be safe for you, please use caution and tell us if you prefer a different communication method.
9. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, receive, review, sign, and retain electronic records, you will need:
a computer, smartphone, tablet, or similar device with internet access;
a current web browser;
a valid email address;
the ability to receive and open PDF files or other common electronic file formats we may use; and
either storage space to save records electronically or a printer to print them.
By consenting, you confirm that you have the hardware and software needed to access and retain the electronic records we provide.
10. Keeping Copies
We recommend that you print or save a copy of this disclosure and any electronic records you receive from us for your records.
